Welcome to NŪRA. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of lamaisonura.com and your purchase of products from NŪRA.
Throughout these Terms, “NŪRA,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to NŪRA. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer or user of our website.
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted under applicable law.
1. Online Store Terms
By using this website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into transactions through the website or that you are using the website with any authorization required by applicable law.
You may not use our products, website or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You must not attempt to interfere with the operation, security or integrity of our website.
2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to present our jewelry and other products as accurately as possible.
Because products may be photographed under different lighting conditions and displayed on different screens, colours, tones, proportions and appearance may vary slightly from photographs displayed online.
Where applicable, slight variations between pieces may occur.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product does not conform to its description or representations, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable legal warranties.
3. Product Availability
Products may be available in limited quantities.
Items displayed as “UNRELEASED,” “COMING SOON,” “SOLD OUT” or otherwise unavailable are not necessarily available for immediate purchase.
Displaying a product on our website does not guarantee that it will remain available indefinitely.
We may introduce, discontinue or modify products and collections at any time, subject to orders already validly concluded and applicable law.
4. Prices
Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be disclosed in accordance with applicable law.
Prices may change from time to time. Changes do not affect orders already validly concluded at a previously agreed price.
If an error occurs in product or pricing information, we will handle the situation in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
5. Orders
Submitting an order requires you to provide accurate and complete information necessary to process the transaction.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided at checkout.
We reserve the right, where permitted by applicable law, to review an order where we reasonably suspect:
- Fraudulent activity;
- Unauthorized payment;
- Misuse of promotional offers;
- Abusive purchasing behaviour;
- Attempts to circumvent purchase limits; or
- Other unlawful activity.
Where permitted by law, an order associated with verified or reasonably suspected fraudulent activity may be cancelled or otherwise addressed appropriately.
Nothing in this section permits NŪRA to disregard an otherwise binding consumer contract contrary to applicable law.
6. Payment
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and billing information.
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers available at checkout.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
We may take reasonable steps to verify transactions and protect NŪRA and its customers against fraud.
7. Fraud Prevention
NŪRA reserves the right to investigate transactions, return requests, delivery claims, chargebacks or other activity that reasonably appears fraudulent or abusive.
We may request reasonable supporting documentation when necessary to investigate a claim.
Where reasonably necessary in connection with a reported theft or suspected fraud, we may request supporting documentation such as a police report or incident/report number, subject to applicable law.
We may provide relevant information to payment processors, financial institutions, shipping carriers or competent authorities where reasonably necessary and legally permitted to investigate or prevent fraud.
Providing false or misleading information in connection with a claim may result in the claim being denied where permitted by law.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, estimated delivery periods and applicable charges are provided according to our Shipping Policy and the information presented during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery information.
Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation or other rights that may arise under applicable consumer protection legislation when an order is not delivered within legally applicable time limits.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Our voluntary return period is 14 days from confirmed delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions described in that policy.
Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy or these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to specific conditions, including expiration dates, eligible products and minimum purchase requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined.
Promotions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We may refuse the fraudulent or unauthorized use of promotional offers.

- The NŪRA name and branding;
- Logos;
- Product names;

is owned by, licensed to or otherwise lawfully used by NŪRA, as applicable.
Nothing on this website grants you ownership of NŪRA's intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or use NŪRA-owned content without authorization except as permitted by applicable law.
12. Reviews and User Content
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to NŪRA, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.
We may use content you expressly authorize us to use for the purposes agreed upon with you.
You must not submit content that is fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, infringing or intentionally misleading.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from expressing or publishing an honest opinion about NŪRA or its products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a legal warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NŪRA will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances for which applicable law does not impose liability on NŪRA.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting directly from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of another person's rights.
This provision does not limit any rights or protections granted to consumers under applicable law.
